Enough to soak up the drink! Some passengers had special dietary requirements and had pre-ordered their meals which came individually wrapped on a plate and clearly identified. The food was served as we anchored in the tranquil water of Paynes Bay and consisted of a buffet with chicken, flying fish, salad, rice and bread. rum features highly needless to say, but they did have white wine and plenty of soft drinks. The bar is free throughout the trip but had a limited selection. The boat motored up the West Coast stopping for swimming with turtles and snorkeling around shipwrecks before hoisting the sails and powering along in the wind to Paynes Bay where all the five star hotels and mega million dollar properties are.
Our boat had passengers of similar age to ourselves and a few younger couples so a good mix. We were collected from our apartment on time and taken with other passengers to the boats (there were two that day due to a high number of bookings). Being 60+ my partner and I didn't want a binge drinking cruise such as the Jolly Roger party boat so opted for the Cool Running sunset cruise during our trip.
